This fresco will accompany you along the entire Serena stone stairway and lead you to the artist’s romantic rooms, a reminder that culture is alive and evolves with the passing of time. At the top, you will reach a surprising turret, surrounded by a terrace from which you will be able to admire a delightful and breathtaking view and, as evening falls, a spectacular sunset over the Tuscan hills.

The Villa
Once home to the renowned philologist Zingarelli, careful restorations have brought its former splendour to the Villa and have made possible the rise of this structure with only 8 rooms skilfully created as true works of art thanks to the talent of a highly rated painter, Giulio Greco who, giving free rein to his imagination, has been able to create highly original personalised interiors within each of them.

The Park
As in a mosaic, pines, lindens, laurels, lemon-trees, rose bushes, create a suggestive and characteristic Italian garden that encloses the panoramic Court and the pool with its children area and whirlpool for complete relaxation and wellbeing.

The History
Formerly a nineteenth century residence, it was renovated in 2002 utilising traditional and natural materials such as marble, wood, Florentine terracotta tiles and Serena stone; together with the major decorations and ambiences that create an unmistakable simple and refined style, the Villa offers all mod cons and a magnificent opportunity to all who seek hospitality, comfort, and elegance.
